Acibadem Ataşehir is the 18th hospital built by Acibadem Healthcare Group in Turkey and the 24th worldwide. The Acibadem clinics are located in Turkey, the country where the Group is based, in Bulgaria, Macedonia, Serbia and the Netherlands.

The hospital, inaugurated on 1 September 2022, has 300 beds and is structured to provide high-level services in all branches of medicine. Acibadem Ataşehir includes a pediatric clinic in a building next to the hospital, which provides comprehensive pediatric services around the clock.

The structures that make up the complex are of the latest generation in terms of environmental sustainability, controlled by an AI capable of regulating CO2 emissions and energy consumption in order to reduce waste to zero. This is attested by the Leed Gold certification, one of the highest in the world as regards environmental sustainability.

The hospital complex covers a total surface area of ​​94,000 sqm, of which 65,000 are indoors. The outdoor area, of almost 30,000 sqm, features areas dedicated to children, with games and rides; cafeterias and several benches where patients and visitors can linger.

The impeccable interior and exterior design of the complex was completed by the installation of more than 400 products that reflect the attention paid to aesthetics and functionality. For this reason, the products of the Italian company Metalco srl were chosen, which for more than 40 years has been producing and exporting high-end design street furniture, made with innovative and sustainable materials. The use of Metalco products has made it possible to create, with various types of tables and chairs, different spaces dedicated to rest, conviviality, bins for separate waste collection and the parking of bicycles and scooters. Stone Monolights were also created, in limited edition, and decorated by the Italian artist Lorenzo Maria Monti.

The outdoor space thus becomes a welcoming place and not cold and aseptic, but full of meeting places and color.
