Les Clos des Bruyères is composed of 3 buildings with 167 housing units. The goal of this project is to restore these buildings. The contracting authority seeks to create two residential units on both sides, eastern and western, of the Rue des Pavillons. A common lodge is placed in the western side.
The main objectives of the project are:
Moreover, the renovation of this space will assert the role of the place within an urban scale. It also provides the site with an urban park, created by taking advantage of the existing wooden heritage (Trees)
The project clearly defines the parking space and the areas for conviviality. The closed residence, Qualizza Sion, makes an area mostly planted that connects the entrances of the hall. A direct progression allows to access the parking lots; those spaces have become more legible and qualified. Urban routes have been designed. Premium materials ensure the functionality of the area. We are convinced that the process of making places livable should be valuable and remarkable. We also believe that our designs should be constructed with high quality materials to give sense of ownership to all the inhabitants.
The project deeply requalifies two residences which had been stigmatized.
The plant range uses local species. Ecosystems have been designed to allow for differentiated management. This principle limits maintenance costs and therefore charges for tenants while maximizing biodiversity.
